Nicos Notes,Suggestions, and Guidelines

It’s more than 4 months since Nico rekindled his relationship with the discerning diners of the Ribble Valley. Since that time many of his old customers have found the new restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful dishes on the menu, especially the ever changing daily specials that reflect the freshness and availability of the ingredients.

By popular demand customers have requested Nico to reintroduce some of those wonderful dishes which made his renowned Langho business famous. Using only the finest ingredients old favourites dishes of Lasagne, Bolognese and carbonara are complemented with spaghetti and clams, tagliatelle and prawns and mouth watering risotto dishes, Not forgetting his famous chicken livers ,and his home made spicy sausages, or his a la carte' chicken, steaks, duck and lamb dishes.

A series of special nights with discounted prices have also been introduced seeing sirloin steaks with wonderful sauces cooked to perfection on Monday with Wednesday seeing an exciting menu of chicken dishes to tempt you further.

Each month, Nico will hold a special theme evening, with an excellent value for money 4 course menu including discounted bottles of house wine.

Perhaps even more special will be the recently introduced “at table Flambe' “service – starter,main,and dessert course flambéed to perfection right by you,and served expertly for your delight.

The restaurant is now available for private hire daily until 4pm monday to saturday,and all day Sunday. We cater for any type of event;be it from  a simple coffee morning or a grand wedding,
